To make your experience enjoyable, Sutra offers the following complimentary services to each guest upon request: Beverages/Cocktails of your choice, exfoliating and paraffin hand treatments, makeup touch-ups, and free Wi-Fi.

Cancellation Policy

No-shows and untimely cancellations leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled from our cancellation list, which in turn results in a loss of revenue. We must have 24 hours notice for cancellations or you will not be able to receive another service until you pay for the scheduled service you cancelled. For parties of 4 or more, a deposit is required at the time of booking. A cancellation notice is required 7 days prior to scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of deposit.
